New Beginnings

After a few spell binding weeks hiking in the stunning mountains of British Columbia (and one or two ales in the local watering holes) I finally made the decision to pack up my legal career in the City, hand back my truncheon to the good people at the Camden Police Constabulary and move a little further out of the big smoke. The why?  To return to working in the great outdoors where I firmly believe I belong.  Nay! where I know I belong.  I decided to found!!

A bit about me

After spending my early years in Constable country in the north of Essex my family moved ‘up north’ to the Peak District.  It was here that my love for the countryside first took root and I learnt to drive tractors, lay hedges, build dry stone walls, raise cattle and much more besides.  I knew that my true passion was for people and the land.  Which begs the question – why did I end up working in law and finance in the City of London? It is a question I am yet to answer convincingly, so I wont try just yet!

More relevant perhaps is my experience working on gardens and other green spaces.  In total I have several years working for experienced and well respected landscape gardeners – most recently I have worked under David Seall of Seall Landscapes.  David is a highly qualified, award winning landscaper and garden designer who has competed (and won awards in) the Chelsea Flower Show, and designed gardens for the great and good of London and Surrey for decades.  I have also worked for Horizon Landscapes, who specialise in larger projects across Nottinghamshire.

In short – I am motivated, trustworthy, capable and looking forward to meeting you and your garden!
